Description: Lobo Roast Duck Seasoning Mix 50g
Tuk Tuk Method: This the easiest way to make crispy roast duck. Just prick the skin, rub the seasoning on the skin and roast on a rack in a roasting tray at 180 degrees C for an hour an a half. Raise the heat and cook a bit longer if not crisp enough.
Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Spices (Garlic, Shallots, Lemongrass, Coriander, Star Anise, Galangal, Fennel, Clove, Cinnamon), Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Colour (Caramel), Flavouring.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
