Tuk Tuk Method:
1. Dissolve contents of this packet (100g) with 2/3 cup (150ml) cold water
2. Stir until batter is thoroughly mixed
3. Dip chicken, shrimp, crab, fish, meats or vegetables in batter thoroughly and deep fry in hot fat or oil until golden brown.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (70%), Corn Starch (15%), Rice Flour (7%), Tapioca Starch (4.5%), Raising Agents (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Thickening Agent (Xanthan Gum).
