Description: Longdan Hanoi Rice Noodles (Straight) 河内卷米粉 400g.Longdan Hanoi Rice Noodles or “bánh phở hà nội” are made from only rice and water, and thus are gluten-free and vegan, and can be enjoyed over many different dishes such as in the beloved Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup (phở bò) or in stir fry. Rice noodles are quick, and simple to make, and are easy to customize to your preferred tastes.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Soak rice noodles in boiled water for about 2-3 minutes. 2. Drain and rinse with clean water. 3. Can be used in a stir-fry, soup rice noodles, or vegetarian noodles, and enjoy!
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, place in an airtight container.
