Description: Mae Ploy Massaman Curry Paste 1kg. Use this fragrant, spicy paste to make a classic Thai Massaman curry, with its fragrant spiced sauce of lemongrass and galangal. The Massaman curry has extra richness and warmth from cumin, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg. It can be served with chicken, lamb, beef or veg and often includes peanuts or cashews.
Tuk Tuk Method: Mix the curry paste with coconut cream/milk and add to stir-fried lamb or beef. For a milder flavour, half the portion of the curry paste.
Ingredients: Lemongrass (22%), Garlic (19%), Dried Red Chilli (14%), Shallot (14%), Salt (12%), Galangal (7.5%), Shrimp Paste (Crustacean) (Shrimp 83%, Salt) (5%), Coriander Seed (3.3%), Cumin (1%), Kaffir Lime Peel (1%), Cardamom (0.5%), Cinnamon (0.5%), Nutmeg (0.2%).
