• Soak 80g of dried rice noodle in hot water until soft and drain the water.
• Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in frying pan. Add 100g of shrimp or other kinds of meat and bean curd, stir-fry until cooked.
• Add 2-3 tablespoons of Pad Thai Sauce and soften rice noodle, mix together. Add 1 beaten egg, stir-fry until well cooked.
• Add 80g of bean sprouts and chives, stir fry again. Garnish with fresh chives and minced peanut. Serve hot.
