Description: Mae Ploy Sweet Chilli Sauce 730ml is a classic Thai sweet chilli sauce in a generous table bottle. Thick, glossy and mild-to-medium hot, it is packed with pickled red chilli and garlic — sweet first, with a gentle warmth that follows. It is the standard dip for spring rolls, fish cakes, prawn crackers and dim sum, and doubles as a quick glaze for chicken.
Tuk Tuk Method: Serve straight from the bottle as a dip for spring rolls and Thai fish cakes. Brush over chicken wings or salmon for the last few minutes of roasting. Stir a spoonful into mayonnaise for a quick bang-bang style sauce.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 months.
