Description: Mae Ploy Tom Kha Paste 400g. Mae Ploy Tom Kha Paste brings authentic Thai flavour to your kitchen in a convenient 400g container. This creamy coconut-based paste combines galangal, lemongrass, and shallots to create the perfect foundation for tom kha gai and other traditional Thai curries. Simply blend with coconut milk and your choice of protein or vegetables for restaurant-quality results at home. Ideal for both experienced cooks and those new to Thai cuisine, this versatile paste delivers consistent, delicious flavour every time.
Tuk Tuk Method:
- Boil 500ml of water. Add a piece of finely chopped lemongrass, 200g of shredded chicken meat and 30g with 'Tom Kha Paste' and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add 200ml of coconut milk, lime leaves and 1 cup sliced mushrooms and simmer for another 3 minutes.
- At serving garnish with fresh coriander leaves and finely shredded red chilli.
