Description: Mae Ploy Vegetarian Red Curry Paste 1kg. Red curry paste is a lovely blend of red chillies, Thai lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime and spices. Red curry paste brings a distinct, mildly spicy flavour and ruddy hue to curries and stir fries. The paste is a base for many Thai soups, noodle and curry dishes. This fiery sauce is often tempered with coconut milk and lime, giving the classic tastes we associate with Thai cooking.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simply mix this red curry paste with coconut milk and add to your stir-fried chicken or duck. Only one or two spoons of this sauce are needed for a typical dish.
Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep refrigerated once opened.
