Description: Mae Krua Oyster Sauce 600ml is Thailand's everyday oyster sauce, made with 30% oyster extract for a rich, savoury flavour that seasons almost anything. Mae Krua oyster sauce is a little lighter in body than premium Chinese versions, which makes it easy to splash straight into stir-fries, fried rice and marinades. Sweet, salty and full of umami, it is a staple of Thai kitchens, and the 600ml bottle keeps a busy wok station going for months.

Tuk Tuk Method: Add a splash to pad see ew or Thai-style fried rice while cooking. Marinate chicken, pork or beef with oyster sauce, garlic and white pepper before grilling. Or stir through morning glory or broccoli with garlic for a quick side.
