Maesri Thai Red Curry Sauce 400ml

Description: Maesri red curry sauce is a ready-to-use Thai red curry in a 400ml can, with coconut milk already blended in. Where the green sauce is bright and fresh, the red is deeper and earthier, built on dried red chillies with garlic, galangal and lemongrass. Bamboo shoots are already in the sauce, so you only add meat, tofu or vegetables. Made in Thailand with no preservatives or artificial colouring.

Tuk Tuk Method: Heat the sauce in a pan and simmer with sliced beef, duck or chicken until cooked through. Add red peppers, green beans or Thai aubergine towards the end. Serve with steamed jasmine rice and balance to taste with fish sauce and a pinch of sugar.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
