Tuk Tuk Method: Place the rice noodles and seasoning in a bowl, add 350ml (1 and 1/2 cups) of boiling water and stir well. Cover for 3 minutes, then serve. Add prawns, mushrooms and a squeeze of lime to make it a fuller meal.
