Description: Manora Uncooked Shrimp Chips 500g are uncooked prawn crackers, ready to fry fresh at home. Manora is a long-standing Thai brand, made with real shrimp (9%), tapioca starch, garlic and pepper, with no artificial colours or preservatives. Dropped into hot oil, each chip puffs up in seconds into a light, crisp cracker with a proper prawn flavour — far better than a bag of takeaway crackers that has gone soft.
Tuk Tuk Method: Fry a few at a time in hot oil for about 10 seconds until puffed, then drain on kitchen paper. Serve alongside Thai curries, or with sweet chilli sauce for dipping. A 500g bag makes bowl after bowl.
