These wheat dumpling skins are light and thin, perfect for crisping when fried and steamed. Fill with cabbage and pork for a traditional Japanese dumpling treat, or experiment with some not so traditional alternatives.

Tuk Tuk Method: You can cook your gyoza by pan frying or boiling. Fold the wrap over and pinch the edges to seal it. Place a ball of the filling in the centre of the gyoza wrap. Prepare your filling using meat and vegetables.
