Description: Myojo gyoza wrappers 餃子皮 284g (frozen) are thin, round wheat dumpling skins from Imperial Dragon, ready to fill and pleat at home. They crisp beautifully in the pan yet stay tender, in the style of Japanese yaki gyoza. Keep a pack in the freezer and homemade dumplings become a realistic weeknight dinner: a simple pork and cabbage filling is all you need. Also handy for wontons and potstickers.

Tuk Tuk Method: Defrost, then place a spoonful of minced pork, cabbage, garlic chives and ginger in the centre of each wrapper, fold and pleat to seal. Pan-fry for classic gyoza with a crisp base, steam for a softer finish, or poach in broth for sui gyoza. Dip in soy sauce, rice vinegar and a little chilli oil.
