Ordered 8 cup noodles 2 bags of rice and calendar , cup noodles were squashed opened with msg and noodles scattered everywhere .
As a retailer myself I would instantly send out replacement so as not to have customer to wait again . However in this case I was disappointed that they required me to repackage the items and return them and only send replacement once items returned so I probably need to wait another week!
