Description: Obento Pickled Sliced Pink Ginger 190g. Sushi Ginger is also known as Sushi Gari. Normally in sushi bars, you will be given a small heap of pickled ginger which is taken in between bites to cleanse the palate. This is coloured pink like the type you get in many sushi restaurants. Only a little at a time is needed as it does not take a lot of the ginger to cleanse the palate.
