Tuk Tuk Method: Hotpot: Add the noodles directly into the boiling hot pot. Cook for 5 minutes before serving. Noodles In Soup: boil the noodles in water for about 4 minutes. Drain if necessary, add seasoning and broth, then serve. Stir-Fried Noodles: Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain well, then stir-fry with your preferred ingredients.
