Description: MAMA noodles go rice-based in this Oriental Style instant rice vermicelli clear soup 55g. The fine rice noodles are light and slippery, served in a clear, peppery broth with garlic and spring onion notes. It is the gentler side of the MAMA range: no heavy spice, just a clean, savoury soup ready in 3 minutes. Made in Thailand, home of the MAMA brand.
Tuk Tuk Method: Tip the vermicelli and seasoning into a bowl, add 350ml of boiling water, stir and cover for 3 minutes. Add cooked prawns, shredded chicken or a soft-boiled egg for a fuller meal, and finish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime.
