Crisp-tasting and capable of removing strong odours from meat, fish and vegetables, add this sweet brown rice vinegar to your favourite Asian dishes to enhance their flavour. Packed with vitamins and nutrients from the remaining bran of each rice grain, this vinegar offers a more rustic, raw taste that is refined with rice wine and matured to produce a well-rounded, smoky sweetness. Made in Korea.
Tuk Tuk Method: Wonderful to add in barbecue marinades and salad dressings, the high amino acids in this vinegar aid digestion whilst drawing out excellent flavour from a wide variety of cuisine.
