Description: Pantai Sweet Plum Sauce 200ml. Plum sauce is a viscous, light brown sweet and sour condiment. It is used as a dip for deep-fried dishes, such as spring rolls, egg rolls, noodles, and deep-fried chicken balls as well as for roast duck.
Tuk Tuk Method: Perfect for serving as a dipping or dressing for grilled/fried duck, chicken, shrimp, fish, and sausage. It can be mixed with water for Sweet Plum Juice.
Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Salted Plum (10%), Glucose Syrup, Stabilisers (Pectin E440ii, Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose E466), Acidity Regulators (Acetic Acid E260, Citric Acid E330, Calcium Lactate E327), Plum Flavour.
Storage: Store in dry, cool place and shake well before use.
