Description Pantai Sweet Soy Sauce 200ml. Pantai sweet soy sauce is a condiment made from a fermented paste of soybeans, roasted grain, brine, and Aspergillus oryzae or Aspergillus sojae molds. It is also a staple ingredient in many Asian cuisines, especially Southeast Asia. This soy sauce, the sweet variety, is also used for dipping as well.
Tuk Tuk Method: Perfect for serving with roasted duck (Peking duck), roasted meat and fried noodles.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Refrigerate once opened.
