Rice & U Dongguan Rice Vermicelli 米之鄉東莞米粉 400g

Description: R&U Dongguan Rice Vermicelli 米之鄉東莞米粉 400g is a Product of Cambodia. This is a rice vermicelli noodle that goes well with different dishes, including chicken, beef, pork etc. It can be served in soup or simply stir-fried.

Tuk Tuk Method:

1. As cold dressing(Búm): Let vermicelli soak in boiling water and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes, stir occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and let it sit for 30 minutes, then it can be served as cold dressing. 
2. For fried vermicelli: Heat up water to 100°C, then pour hot water into a container, let rice vermicelli soak in hot water for about 4-5 minutes, stir occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and then it can be used for frying.
