Description: Royal Gourmet char siu pork 叉燒 is ready-cooked Chinese BBQ pork, frozen and ready to reheat. The pork is marinated Cantonese-style with hoi sin, oyster sauce, Chinese five spice and a touch of rose wine, then roasted until sweet, savoury and lightly charred at the edges. No marinating and no roasting at home: defrost, heat and slice. Serve it over rice, in bao or with noodles. The 850g-1kg pack covers several meals.

Tuk Tuk Method: Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator, then microwave until piping hot, about 5 minutes for 400g plus 1 extra minute per 100g, and rest for 1 minute before slicing. Serve over jasmine rice with greens for char siu fan, tuck into steamed bao, or dice through fried rice and noodle soups.

Storage: Keep frozen. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before reheating.
