Description: Royal Gourmet Siu Loong Bun 小籠包 340g (15pcs) (Frozen). Royal Gourmet Siu Loong Bun delivers authentic Shanghai-style dumplings with delicate, paper-thin wrappers encasing succulent pork filling and rich broth. Each 340g pack contains premium quality xiaolongbao, frozen at peak freshness to preserve flavour and texture. 

Tuk Tuk Method: Remove wrapping film from tray. Place tray in a suitable pot with 1 litre of cold water. Place lid over the pot and bring to a boil and steam for a further 20 minutes or until piping hot throughout. For best results, cook from frozen. The bamboo basket can be used in place of the tray. To serve, place dumplings on a plate with your choice of soya sauce or chilli oil.

Storage:

This item was originally frozen and may become chilled during delivery. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions or the recommended use-by date. The ice packs we provide are to maintain the temperature of the frozen/chilled goods. When arriving to the customer, frozen products may be slightly defrosted on the surface, but the products are still in perfect condition to cook on the same day.
