Description: Royal Gourmet Siu Loong Bun 小籠包 340g are frozen soup dumplings — Shanghai's famous xiao long bao. Each of the fifteen pieces is a delicate, thin wrapper pleated around seasoned pork and a rich, savoury broth that turns to soup as it steams. They come in a steamer-ready tray and cook straight from frozen. The trick with soup dumplings: give them a minute to cool, then sip the broth first before eating the rest.

Tuk Tuk Method: Steam from frozen for about 20 minutes until piping hot throughout — no need to defrost. Serve with black vinegar and julienned ginger, or a spoonful of chilli oil. A lined bamboo steamer works in place of the tray.
