Tuk Tuk Method: Rinse 2–3 times until the water runs clearer, then cook with a 1:1.5 rice-to-water ratio (a touch less for firmer grains). Rest off the heat for 10 minutes before fluffing. Day-old rice from this bag fries beautifully for khao pad or egg fried rice.
