Tuk Tuk Method: Put 3 cups of rice (for family of 4) into the rice basin. Rinse rice once and drain. Add 3.6 cups of water into rice basin (1.2 cups of water per cup of rice). Place rice basin into rice cooker and switch it on. Do not open lid for stirring while cooking. When rice is cooked, leave for 15 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve hot. For softer rice, put in more water.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
