Description: Sailing Boat premium organic jasmine rice, a fragrant long grain rice that cooks soft and slightly sticky. Vacuum packed. Product of Vietnam.
Tuk Tuk Method: For 4-5 people: wash rice in cold water 3-4 times until water is clear. Add 4.0-4.5 cups water per 4 cups rice (less for sushi). Cover, bring to boil over high heat, then simmer on low 15-20 minutes. Turn off heat, stand covered 5 minutes, mix and rest 10 minutes before serving.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
