Description: Shimaya Kelp Dashi Stock 42g. A packet of delicious kelp stock from Japan. 7 paper tubes of kelp dashi soup stock. This is different from the normal bonito flavoured stocks as it uses kelp instead.
Tuk Tuk Method: Use with miso paste to make miso soup. Can also be used in soup bases for noodle dishes.
