Tuk Tuk Method: Glutinous rice should be soaked for at least 2 hours before cooking. Wash and rinse 225g rice then place in a pan and add about 200ml cold water and a pinch of salt. Cover and bring to boil then reduce heat to very low and simmer for about 12-15 minutes until rice is cooked and sticky. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
