Tuk Tuk Method: Gently rinse the rice twice (30-60 seconds each time). Soak with water (ratio 1:1, 1-1.2) for 30 minutes. Cook in rice cooker or pot, then let sit ((lid on) for 15-20 minutes. Fluff with a rice paddle to release steam. Serve.
