Description: Tean's Gourmet curry laksa paste 田師傅 咖喱叻沙即煮醬料 is a Malaysian-style ready paste for curry laksa, the coconut curry noodle soup loved across Malaysia and Singapore. Lemongrass, galangal, chilli, curry spices and dried shrimp are already blended in, so the hard work is done. One 200g packet with water and coconut milk makes a generous pot. Just add noodles, beansprouts and your toppings.

Tuk Tuk Method: Step 1: Mix 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet paste for curry laksa with 1600ml of boiling water and simmer over a low heat for 8-10 minutes. Step 2: Add 150ml thick coconut milk and 100g fried bean curds and bring to the boil. Step 3: Put cooked yellow noodles and beansprouts in a bowl with slices of meat, fish cake, hard-boiled egg and mint leaves. Step 4: Pour over the hot curry laksa soup and serve.
