Description: Fresh yard long beans (also called Thai long beans or string beans) 200g, imported from Thailand. These slender, extra-long beans are sweet and crunchy, and they keep a good bite when cooked. A staple of Thai and Chinese kitchens, they go into quick stir-fries, curries and salads. Delivered fresh across the UK.
Tuk Tuk Method: Cut into lengths and stir-fry with garlic, chilli and minced pork, add to a Thai red or green curry, or pound raw into som tam (green papaya salad). Cook for only 3-4 minutes so they stay crisp.
Storage: Keep refrigerated and use within 2-3 days.
