Description: Tiger Tiger tinned lychees are whole, peeled lychee fruit in light syrup, ready to eat straight from the 565g tin. Lychees have a sweet, floral flavour and a juicy, grape-like bite, and tinning keeps them that way all year round, with no peeling or stoning needed. Keep the syrup too: it is lovely poured over ice or stirred into drinks.
Tuk Tuk Method: Serve well chilled on their own or over vanilla ice cream. Add to a fruit salad with mango and pineapple, or simmer into a Thai red duck curry for the classic sweet note. Mix the syrup with soda water and lime for a quick lychee cooler.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place and refrigerate after opening.
