Description: Tiger Tiger Wonton Pastry 雙虎雲吞皮 300g (Frozen) is a freezer pack of wonton wrappers — the thin wheat squares that wrap Cantonese wontons. Good wonton wrappers are hard to find in UK supermarkets, so a 300g frozen pack is worth keeping to hand. Thawed, they are supple and seal with a dab of water, turning tender and slippery in soup or crisp and golden when fried. Wrap the classic pork and prawn filling, or fold them round a fuller filling and pan-fry like gyoza.

Tuk Tuk Method: Thaw the pastry before use, then wrap your filling — minced pork and prawn is the classic. Bring plenty of water to the boil and cook the wontons until they float to the surface, then drain and rinse briefly with cold water. Serve in a hot clear soup, or pan-fry in a pre-heated oiled skillet until golden brown.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or colder until best before the date.
