Description: Wai Wai noodles are a Thai instant noodle classic, and Wai Wai Oriental Style Instant Noodles 60g works two ways: boil it for a light, garlicky soup noodle, or crush the block dry in the packet, shake in the seasoning and eat it as a crunchy snack. Each pack comes with garlic-pepper seasoning, shallot oil and a chilli sachet, so you control the heat. The ingredients list no meat — the flavour comes from garlic, shallot and pepper.
Tuk Tuk Method: For soup, simmer the block in 300ml of water for 2-3 minutes and stir in the sachets. For the famous dry snack, crush the noodles, add the seasoning, hold the packet closed and shake well.
Storage: Please keep in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
