Description: Winner Foods Cheung Fun 400g — fresh cheung fun rice noodle rolls, Cantonese dim sum style. Soft, silky sheets of rice noodle rolled up with dried shrimp and spring onion, ready to heat and dress with sauce. They're the tea-house favourite you'd normally queue for, made weeknight-easy: a few minutes in the microwave or steamer and they're on the table. Serve as a light lunch, a side, or part of a homemade dim sum spread.
Tuk Tuk Method: Sprinkle 10ml water over the cheung fun, cover and microwave for 3 minutes (or steam until soft). Dress with sweetened soy sauce, a little sesame oil and chilli oil. Add prawns or char siu on the side for a fuller dim sum plate.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing.
