Description: Woh Hup Singapore Mee Goreng Paste 新加坡香辣炒麵醬 190g. Mee Goreng, "fried noodles“, is an Indonesian style of often spicy fried noodle dish common across South East Asia. Flavours. Mee Goreng is a recipe of yellow noodles with ghee, tomato sauce, chilli, eggs, vegetables, meat and seafood stir-fried to perfection.
Tuk Tuk Method: Singapore Mee Goreng(Serves 3-4) Heat wok with 2 tbsps of oil. Pour in 80g(5 tbsps) of Woh Hup Singapore Mee Goreng Paste, stir-fry with noodles(200g dry noodles soaked and rinsed beforehand), spinach 200g and bean sprouts 150g for 2 minutes. Mix two eggs and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute. Dish out and garnish with sliced red chillies. Serve hot, and enjoy!
