Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Bring 6 cups water to a boil in a deep pot. Put "X.O" Tapioca Pearl in boiling water. Bring it to a boil again, cover, and turn the heat down to medium low. 2. Cook covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. 3. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat, keep the pot covered, and allow to sit for another 15 minutes or until looks clear. 4. Drain water out and "X.O" Tapioca Pearl will be ready for further dessert cooking style.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
