Glutinous rice, also known as sticky rice, is a short-grained Asian rice known for its sticky texture. It is widely used in Chinese and South-East Asian cooking, and famously eaten with coconut milk and mango for a traditional Thai dessert!
Tuk Tuk Method: Simply add 2 cups of X.O Thai White Glutinous Rice to 1.5 cups of water, cover and cook until done. Simmer on warm mode for 30 minutes to bring out that sticky texture.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
