Description: This pig stomach chicken soup mix 經典豬肚雞湯料包 makes pork stomach and chicken soup at home: rinse and soak the dried herbs, then simmer them with the meat. Dried herbal soup mix for classic pig stomach and chicken soup (經典豬肚雞湯料包), from the Xianyitang 'Soup Series' (湯包系列). Contains white pepper, codonopsis root, red dates, Chinese yam, astragalus root, lily bulb, dried longan and goji berries. Made by Zhongshan Xianyitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd; product of China.
Tuk Tuk Method: After opening, rinse thoroughly and soak in warm water for 15-30 minutes. Then simmer with meat for 40-60 minutes until fully cooked before consumption.
