Description:Yopokki Jjajang Topokki (Rice Cake) 240g. Topokki, also called Tteok-Bokki, is a popular Korean noodle dish, where the noodles are small rice cakes usually drenched in a spicy sauce. This variant is with Jjajang sauce. This is a savoury, slightly sweet black bean sauce.
Tuk Tuk Method: Fill pan with rice cake, sauce and 100ml of water. As soon as boiling, turn down the heat and continue to cook until the sauce becomes thick.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
