Description: Yutaka Awase Mellow Yellow Miso Soup Paste 50g (3x16.5g Sachets). Awase means ‘mixed’ in Japanese. This awase miso soup blends the mild white miso and rich red miso from the Shinshu region of Japan to add depth of flavour.
Tuk Tuk Method: Add contents of sachet into a small bowl (or dish or mug) and pour 160-200ml of boiling water whilst stirring. Enjoy as is or top with grilled vegetables or chopped spring onions and tofu.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sun light.
