Tuk Tuk Method: Create the classic Japanese chicken curry for 2 by the following steps: 1. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat and fry 1/2 onion, thinly sliced until soft and slightly caramelised. 2. Add 170g chicken cut into bite-size pieces and continuously mix, until the surface of the chicken is completely sealed. 3. Add 150g quarter cut potatoes and 1/2 carrot cut into wedges, followed by 450ml water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes have cooked through. 4. Dice 50g of Mild Katsu Curry blocks into small pieces and add into the liquid. On a low heat, stir constantly until it has dissolved completely. Once the sauce has thickened, remove the pan from the heat. 5. Pour onto a plate with steamed rice. Serve and enjoy!
