Description: = Yutaka Panko Japanese Style Breadcrumb. A light, flaky and crispy breadcrumb, perfect for a coating for deep frying, or as crunchy toppings on salad.
Tuk Tuk Method:= Simply season chicken, coat the chicken in flour, egg and panko. Fry in at least 5cm of cooking oil until golden and accompany with katsu curry sauce.
