Tuk Tuk Method:

1. Add udon noodles from frozen to a pot of boiling water. Bring to the boil and cook for approximately 1 minute.
2. Drain noodles and run under cold water to remove starch and prevent oven cooking.
3. Add to hot soup and top with thinly sliced spring onions and other toppings of your choice. Alternatively, add the noodles to a stir fry to create yaki udon.

Storage: Keep frozen below -18°C.
