Description: ZF Agar Agar 正丰大菜丝 42g . China grass or Agar Agar is plant-derived gelatin, which is used in making puddings, jellies and custards. Agar-agar is commonly known as China grass. China grass is a glossy pudding that is made by mixing sweetened milk with China grass powder.

To use agar-agar in stick form, first, break it into pieces and soak the pieces in water for at least 20 minutes.
