Description: Zheng Feng Preserved Salted Black Bean 100g. These fermented salted black beans are carefully preserved in salt. Also known as Salty Chinese black beans or salted black beans, they have a distinctive, salty flavour. Salted black beans are widely used in Chinese cooking.
Tuk Tuk Method: Rinse the black beans well before using to remove the excess salt and soak for about half an hour or so in water before adding to a dish.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
