Ingredients:

30g peach gum 
30g dried longan 
30g red dates 
50g gingko nuts
50g rock sugar to taste
1200ml water

Tuk Tuk Method:

Rinse & Soak peach gum in a big bowl of cold water for 8-12 hours 
Pick out the black specks 
Add all the ingredients to the water.
Bring to the boil 
Cover with lid. Lower the heat & Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes 
Uncover. Add rock sugar to taste.

Can be served hot or cold
