Tuk Tuk Method: Wash thoroughly with cold water and drain. Pull all ingredients together in a stock pot. Add pork or skinless chicken if desired. Pour 8-10 bowls (2-3 litre) of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours. Season with salt to taste. Serves 4-5, and enjoy!
