Brewed with selected grains through a combination of traditional craftsmanship and natural fermentation production process, this mature vinegar delivers a full-bodied and well-balanced flavour to any dish. With its rich aroma that gets better with age, it is great for dressing, stir-frying, pickling, and a dip.
