Description: Hosan Sliced Rice Cake (Teokguk) 500g. These sliced rice cakes will allow you to cook the Korean soup Tteokguk, also called byeongtang. Tteokguk is a traditional Korean dish eaten during the Korean New Year celebrations. Easy and quick to prepare!
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Rinse the sliced rice cakes in cold water. 2. Boil them in the stock you choose for one minute.3. Serve with the broth in a bowl and garnish with beef, egg, garlic and chopped green onion.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
